Ingredients


Makes: 8 servings
  • 2 lb (900 g) sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) oil
  • 1 pkg or Tex Mex Gluten Free Crumb Mix

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  • Lightly coat sweet potatoes with oil.
  • Place mix in resealable plastic bag. Add sweet potatoes, shaking gently until evenly coated.
  • Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Bake & Roll. Cook 15–20 minutes.

Cook once, eat twice: Leftovers are perfect for dinner and lunch made in minutes. Simply portion and add to your favourite nourish bowls, soups, and salads.
