  • 8 C (2 L) chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1 C (1 C) shredded carrots
  • 1 recipe prepared Taco Filling, reheated
  • 1 C (250 ml) Pico Salsa, prepared
  • 1 C (250 ml) low-fat shredded cheese – your choice

Preparation


 
  • Place 2 cups (500 ml) Romaine lettuce in 4 bowls. Top with 1/4 cup (60 ml) carrots, 1 serving of Taco filling, 1/4 cup (60 ml) Salsa and 2 Tbsp (30 ml) cheese. Serve.
