  • Microwave:
    - Whisk eggs, egg whites and milk until frothy, then pour into a lightly oiled Omelet Maker.
    .- Top egg mixture with next three ingredients, close lid, and microwave on high for 2–3 minutes.
    - Loosen omelet with an (p.1004225) and flip onto a plate. Top with finishing sauce.
  • Stovetop:
    - Whisk eggs and milk until frothy.
    - Cook zucchini for one minute in a lightly oiled Fry Pan over medium heat. Add egg mixture and stir, bringing edges into middle, until set.
    - Remove pan from heat and top half the omelet with cheese and dip mix. Fold the other side over the filling and slide onto a plate.
