Preparation


 
  • Bring meat up to room temperature before roasting. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  • Rub tenderloin with Oven Roast Seasoning, Sea Salt, and Black Pepper.
  • Place on Sheet Pan lined with Bake & Roll, and roast until internal temperature reaches 125° F (50° C) for rare, or 135° F (58° C) for medium-rare, approximately 35–45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, and cover. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
