Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 6 C (1,5 L) prepared
  • 1 small butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 1 large potato, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml)
  • 1/2 tsp (2,5 ml) Sea Salt (Grinder), finely ground
  • 1/2 tsp (2,5 ml) Black Pepper (Grinder), finely ground
  • 1 C (250 ml) cream — optional

Preparation


 
  • In Multipurpose Pot - 12 C , bring Vegetable Bouillon to a boil.
  • Add remaining ingredients and boil until vegetables are tender.
  • Purée in batches in a blender until smooth.
  • Whisk in cream, if desired. Serve piping hot.
