Ingredients


Makes: 4-6 servings
  • 1 pkg Buffalo Wings Seasoning (pack of 3), divided
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) brown sugar
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) vinegar
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) whole-wheat or gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into long, thin strips

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 375° F (190 ° C).
  • Using Piano Wire Whisk, whisk 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Buffalo Wings Recipe Seasoning Mix with ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar.
  • Mix remaining Seasoning Mix with breadcrumbs.
  • Dip chicken strips into sauce and roll in breadcrumb mixture. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Bake & Roll, or on a Crisper.
  • Bake, turning once half way through, until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.

Chef Tip: Try using light and crunchy Panko prepared breadcrumbs from your grocery store.
