Makes: 2 servings
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) milk
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 2 whole wheat English muffins
  • 2 slices low-sodium ham
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Chipotle Aioli, prepared

Preparation


 
  • Whisk eggs, milk, and 3 Onion Dip Mix until frothy, then pour into a lightly oiled Omelet Maker.
  • Close lid and microwave on high for 2–3 minutes.
  • Loosen omelet with an (p.1004225), cut in half, and place onto English muffin halves with ham, tomato, and a dollop of Chipotle Aioli. Top with other halves of English muffin and serve.
