Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
  • In a large Fry Pan, brown sausages on both sides over medium heat. Set aside.
  • Place Waffle Mold on Sheet Pan. Using Basting Brush, lightly brush Waffle Mold with vegetable oil.
  • Pour approximately 1/4 cup (60 ml) of batter into each Waffle Mold until it fills all corners.
  • Place sausages, uncovered, and waffles in oven. Remove sausages when done, approximately 8 minutes – cover to keep warm. Bake waffles until golden, approximately 13–15 minutes. Let waffles cool for 2 minutes, or until Waffle Mold is cool to the touch. Gently remove waffles from Waffle Mold.
  • Divide dip between waffles, and top each with one roasted sausage, sliced or whole.
