Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 head iceberg or romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 2 C (500 ml) chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 recipe prepared Creamy Ranch Dip
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Chipotle Aioli Mix
  • 1-2 Tbsp (15 à 30 ml) milk

Preparation


 
  • Arrange lettuce, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, chicken, and cheese in neat rows on a platter.
  • To make the dressing, stir Creamy Ranch Dip with Chipotle Aioli Seasoning and thin with milk. Drizzle over salad or serve alongside.
