Makes: 2 servings
  • Fisherman’s Wharf Sea Salt Blend Grinder, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) light oyster sauce, or soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp (2,5 ml) Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) fresh or canned pineapple pieces

Preparation


 
  • Whisk first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add shrimp, cover, and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
  • Place an Wok & Glass Lid or an Fry Pan over medium-high heat, and add oil.
  • Add shrimp and marinade and flash fry for 2–3 minutes. Add onion and pineapple and toss to combine. Continue cooking for 2–3 minutes and serve warm.
