  • 2 cucumbers or zucchini cut into 3” long pieces

  • 2 C (500 ml) cooked soba noodles
  • 2 C (500) broccoli, carrot, or cabbage slaw
  • 1 1/2 prepared
  • 1 C (250 ml) green beans, lightly steamed
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) Balsamic Vinaigrette, prepared
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) Everything Bagel Whole Food Topper

Preparation
