Makes: 1.5 C (375 ml)
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Poco Picante Salsa Mix, Salsa Mix – your choice
  • 1 C (250 ml) diced tomatoes, canned or fresh
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce, prepared
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) fresh or frozen corn niblets
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) lemon or lime juice

Preparation


 
  • Combine ingredients.
  • Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week.

Tip: An excellent topping for burgers, fish and tacos, or a great dip for tortilla chips.
