Makes: 2–4 serving
  • 1-2 Tbsp (15-30 ml) Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 1 C (250 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) fresh lime juice, optional
  • 2 1/4 oz (65 g) tortilla chips, or crackers

Preparation


 
  • In a bowl, stir tomatoes with Poco Picante Salsa Mix. Gently fold in avocado and stir in lime juice, if you wish.
  • Dish up with tortilla chips or crackers.
