Ingredients


Make:s 4 servings
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 recipe prepared Mac & Cheese, diced
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) grated cheese, your choice – optional

Preparation


 
  • Place Fry Pan over medium heat and coat with oil. Add onion and beef and sauté for about 5 minutes, until beef is almost cooked through. Add peppers and cook for about 3 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  • Fold beef mixture into Mac & Cheese and stir until evenly mixed. Sprinkle with cheese, if you wish.
