Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 2 C (500 ml) prepared
  • 1 C (250 ml) bulgur
  • 2 C (500 ml) grated carrot
  • 2 C (500 ml) baby spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz /398 ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Seasoning for Dukkah

Preparation


 
  • Bring bouillon to a boil and pour over bulgur. Cover and let stand 20 minutes.
  • Fluff bulgur with a fork and combine with remaining ingredients.
