8 cups mixed salad greens
1 pear, thinly sliced
1 apple, thinly sliced
1⁄2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 cups cubed, roasted yams or sweet potatoes
1⁄4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1⁄2 cup toasted pecan halves
Black Pepper, to taste
- Place salad ingredients in serving bowl in order listed.
- Drizzle with warm salad dressing.
- Add coarsely ground Black Pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
