Ultimate Chicken Noodle Soup

Having a batch of this on the go will almost make you look forward to cold season.

Serve with 2 cups mixed greens, 1 tbsp Epicure salad dressing, and 1 whole wheat roll.
Ingredients
6 cupsNourish Broth
1 stalk celery, diced
1 carrot, diced
1⁄4 cup broken noodles
2 tbsp3 Onion Dip Mix
1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup peas
1 tbspCCB Dip Mix, optional
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Preparation
- Bring Nourish broth to a boil.
- Add celery, carrots and noodles. Simmer 10 min.
- Add 3 Onion Dip Mix, chicken, peas and CCB Dip Mix, if desired.
- Season with Salt and Pepper. Return to a boil and serve immediately.
