Tabbouleh Bowl

Cook once, eat twice: a Middle-Eastern inspired bowl that is a great way to use up falafel leftovers.
Ingredients
1 cup mixed dark greens
1⁄2 recipe preparedTabbouleh
3Falafels, prepared
2 tbspCreamy Garlic HummusorTahini Sauce, prepared
Garlic & Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper, to taste
Preparation
- Arrange greens and Tabbouleh in a serving bowl.
- Top with falafels and hummus or tahini and finish with nutritional yeast sprinkle.
