Strawberry & Spinach Salad
In-season strawberries with fresh spinach make a winning salad combination.
8 cups baby spinach
1⁄2 cup Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, prepared
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
crumbled goat cheese, to taste
candied pecans, optional
- Toss greens with prepared dressing and sliced strawberries. Top with crumbled goat cheese and candied pecans, if desired.
