Steamed Mixed Vegetables
Extra virgin olive oil is a staple of the Mediterranean diet. Add it to mixed vegetables for bright, bold flavour!
2 large carrots
1 small red onion
2 bell peppers
4 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbspVegetable Seasoning
- Peel and chop carrots and onion into equal-sized pieces. Coarsely dice peppers.
- Place carrots, onion, peppers, broccoli, oil, and seasoning in Round or Multipurpose Steamer. Cover and, holding lid tightly, shake the contents of the steamer to evenly combine.
- Microwave for 10—12 min or until vegetables are tender.
