  1. Coat chicken breasts with BBQ Chicken & Rib Rub on both sides.
  2. Preheat grill to medium and cook chicken with lid closed for approximately 4–6 min per side, until cooked through and chicken has reached a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F.
  3. Let rest for 5 min before serving.
Tips

Swap chicken for 20–24 oz (600–680 g) organic tofu.

Serve with 1 cup sliced veggies, your choice and 1 cup grilled potatoes.
