Smoked Salmon Cheese Ball

So simple, so delicious!
Ingredients
1 cup grated white cheddar cheese
1 pkg (8 oz/250 gr) brick light cream cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tspLemon Dilly Dip Mix
1⁄4 cup coarsely chopped smoked salmon
1⁄2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tspLemon Dilly Dip Mix
2 tsp chives
Preparation
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Form into a ball or log.
- Roll in mixed Parmesan, Lemon Dilly Dip Mix, and chives.
