- Preheat oven to broil.
- Whisk orange juice and Thai Seasoning together in a mixing bowl.
- Season fish with Sea Salt and Pepper. Brush both sides with orange juice mixture.
- Place sesame seeds on a large plate. Gently press both sides of fish into seeds to coat.
- Place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner, or in a frying pan. Broil 6 minutes on each side or until golden.
Serve with steamed rice and veggies.
