Ingredients

2 cups sugar

1 cup water

2 tbsp Pink Lady Tea

Preparation

Whisk all ingredients in a Multipurpose pot - 8 cup with a Piano Wire Whisk.
Cook over medium heat until reduced by about half, and syrup coats the back of a spoon. Strain and refrigerate up to 10 days until ready to serve.
