Quickled Shrimp

Ingredients
1 tbsp Quickles Pickling Mix
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp coarse sea salt
1 1⁄4 cups water
3⁄4 cup vinegar
1 lb (450 g) cooked and peeled frozen shrimp
Preparation
- In a Multipurpose Pot, combine pickling mix, sugar, coarse sea salt, water, and vinegar. Boil, then simmer brine for 5 min.
- Pour brine over frozen shrimp.
- Chill and serve promptly when cold.
