2 cups pitted olives (like Kalamatas or Sicilian)
1 recipe prepared Molto Bene Sauce
- Finely chop olives and place in serving bowl.
- Combine with prepared Molto Bene Sauce and serve with your favourite crackers, or plain crostinis.
