Ingredients

vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 tbsp
Herbes Provençales

garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp
olive oil
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

lamb loin chops (or 4 sirloin steaks, 4 pork chops or 4 chicken breasts)

Preparation
  1. Whisk together vinegar, Herbes Provençales, crushed garlic, olive oil and Sea Salt and Pepper. Add lamb chops, turning to coat.
  2. Marinate for up to 4 hours. Grill over medium heat, turning once and basting during cooking. Cook 6 minutes on each side for medium rare.
