FrancaisProvençal Lamb Chops
Ingredients
1⁄4 cup vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Herbes Provençales
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
8 lamb loin chops (or 4 sirloin steaks, 4 pork chops or 4 chicken breasts)
Preparation
- Whisk together vinegar, Herbes Provençales, crushed garlic, olive oil and Sea Salt and Pepper. Add lamb chops, turning to coat.
- Marinate for up to 4 hours. Grill over medium heat, turning once and basting during cooking. Cook 6 minutes on each side for medium rare.
