Crispy, creamy, tangy, and fresh – a perfect crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
12 slices French baguette
olive oil, for brushing
1⁄2 cup light cream cheese, softened
1 recipe prepared Molto Bene Sauce
Preparation
- Place baguette slices on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Using a basting brush, lightly brush with oil. Broil until golden, approximately 2 minutes each side.
- Spread each crostini with cream cheese.
- Top with a dollop of Molto Bene Sauce, and serve.
