Miso Ginger Nourish Bowl

3 cups cooked rice
2 cups corn kernels or baby corn
4 cups veggies, your choice, cooked or raw
1 lb (450 g)Beef Tenderloin with Pinot Noir Sauce, prepared and sliced thinly against the grain
3⁄4 cup Miso & Ginger Nourish Dressing, prepared
Garlic & Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper, to taste
Sea Salt (Grinder), optional
Black Pepper (Grinder), optional
- Arrange first four ingredients in four serving bowls.
- Drizzle with nourish dressing.
- Sprinkle with nutritional yeast topper and enjoy!
