Lemon Dilly Devilled Eggs
An appetizer favourite with a chipotle kick.
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tspLemon Dilly Dip Mix
1⁄4 tspChipotle Aioli Mix
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
- Halve eggs lengthwise and carefully remove yolks.
- In a bowl, mash yolks with a fork. Blend in mayonnaise, dip mix, aioli mix, and salt until well combined.
- Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves.
