Ingredients

chicken breasts, boneless skinless
1 cup
tomato sauce
2 tsp
Pesto Sauce Mix
12 cup
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175ºC).
  2. Lightly spray frying pan with vegetable oil.
  3. Cook chicken breasts over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, whisk tomato sauce with Pesto Herbs. Spoon sauce over chicken breasts and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover and bake in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
Tips

Serve with pasta or rice, or in a large crusty bun as an Italian style chicken burger.
