Hot & Spicy Baked Yam Fries
A better burger companion than fries! One of our most popular recipes.
4 large yams, scrubbed, unpeeled and cut into thin wedges
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sriracha seasoning
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
- Toss yams in oil and sriracha seasoning and place in a single layer on a Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper. Coarsely grind Salt and Pepper overtop.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Turn yam wedges over and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until potatoes are crisp and golden. Sprinkle with Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper and serve hot.
