Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 red apple, thinly sliced
1⁄4 cup chopped walnuts
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Preparation
- Combine Brussels sprouts and seasoning in a Multipurpose Steamer.
- Microwave on high, with lid on, for 6 min.
- Remove lid and top with sliced apple. Cover and microwave for 2 more min.
- Top with chopped walnuts and season to taste.
