1 cup diced zucchini
2 tbsp Nacho Cheese Dip Mix
4 cupsVegetable Broth
1 can (28 oz/796 ml) low-sodium diced tomatoes
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) beans, drained and rinsed
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
- Combine all ingredients in Multipurpose Pot.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
