El Greco Lemon Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 cauliflower, cut into medium florets
1 tspMinced Garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 recipe prepared El Greco Sauce, or sauce of your choice
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Preparation
- In a Multipurpose Steamer, toss together cauliflower, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cover with lid and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Turn cauliflower out onto a Sheet Pan. Place under a pre-heated broiler for 2 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Serve with a dollop of sauce. Season to taste.

Tips
No steamer? No problem! Toss first three ingredients together, spread evenly on a Sheet Pan, and cook in the oven at 425° F (220° C), stirring occasionally, for 15–20 minutes, until lightly golden.
