El Dorado Guacamole

Your favourite guacamole with a brand-new face! For an easy and elegant appetizer, simply top with fresh shrimp!
Ingredients
3 tbspGuacamole Dip Mix
2 ripe avocados, halved, the flesh mashed and the shells reserved
1⁄2 cup light sour cream, optional
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
1 recipe prepared El Dorado sauce
Preparation
- Combine Guacamole Dip Mix, avocado, sour cream, if using, and lemon or lime juice. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavours to blend.
- Scoop Guacamole back into avocado halves or bowl. Swirl sauce into Guacamole, and serve.
- Serve with lime wedges and fresh tortilla chips or crackers.
