Pizza alla Bismark, or cooked egg on pizza, is a delicious Italian tradition — a good excuse to have pizza for breakfast!

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  2. Place shell on a crisper and spread evenly with sauce, leaving a 12" border around edge. Sprinkle with dip mix and arrange tomato and peppers on top.
  3. Bake until shell starts to brown, about 8–10 minutes. Remove from oven and crack eggs on top. Sprinkle with cheese and continue to bake for about 5 minutes, until eggs are set but yolks are still runny. Slice and top with greens prior to serving.
