DIY Graham Crackers

It’s easier to buy a box of graham crackers…but these are naturally flavoured and so much tastier!
Ingredients
2 1⁄4 cups whole wheat flour
1⁄3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tspCinnamon orApple Pie Spice
1⁄2 tsp baking soda
1⁄2 tsp Sea Salt
3⁄4 cup butter, cold, cut into cubes
1⁄4 cup molasses
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Add the first six ingredients to an electric mixer and pulse to combine.
- Add the butter and pulse until it’s the consistency of cornmeal.
- Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until combined.
- On a floured board, roll out to 1.3" thick. Cut into squares and place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Use a fork to poke decorative holes into cookies.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges darken.
