Chocolate Fudge Icing

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup soft butter
2⁄3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sifted icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp hot coffee
Preparation
- Place butter, cocoa, and icing sugar in food processor. Blend for 4 seconds.
- Add vanilla extract, milk, and hot coffee. Blend until very smooth. Additional milk will make a thinner icing.
