Caprese Pesto Bites
8 thick slices focaccia or crusty Italian bread
1 recipe preparedPesto Sauce
8 slices tomato
8 slices bocconcini
- Spread bread slices with Pesto.
- Top each with sliced tomatoes and bocconcini.
- Sprinkle with Rosemary Garlic Seasoning, Salt and Pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, if you wish.
