Butcher Block Grilled Sirloin Steak with Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak
Butcher's Block Sea Salt Blend Grinder, to taste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
1 recipe prepared El Dorado Sauce, or your favourite sauce
Preparation
- Place steak in non-reactive pan, put all marinade ingredients (but sauce) on top then rub over both sides and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Barbecue on hot grill approximately 5 minutes aside, with lid closed, to desired doneness. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the meat thinly, lift to a heated platter, and serve with sauce.
