Ingredients
14 cup
Dark & Dreamy Hot Chocolate Mix
1
whole egg
1 tsp
vanilla
1 12 cups
whipping cream

Preparation
  1. Place Hot Chocolate, egg and vanilla into blender. Pulse to combine.
  2. In a Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup, heat whipping cream until small bubbles form at edges; be careful not to boil. With blender running on slow, gradually pour warm cream into chocolate mixture and blend until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth and thickened.
  3. Fill dessert dishes and chill before serving.
