Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cups mixed berries
3⁄4 cup 2% cottage cheese
1⁄2 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
1⁄2 cup mixed greens
1 tspSummer Berry Sweet Dip Mix, or any Sweet Dip Mix, your choice
1 tsp vanilla extract, optional
Preparation
- In a blender, purée all ingredients until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into glass and serve immediately.
