Beef and Barley Soup
An unbeatable Irish classic ready in next to no time.
1 tbsp tomato paste
12 cups beef broth
1 tbsp French Onion Dip Mix
1 carrot, sliced
1 large potato, diced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 cup quick-cooking barley
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
- Add tomato paste to a large pot. Slowly whisk in beef broth and bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes, or until barley is tender.
