Asian Hot and Sour Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 bag store-bought coleslaw mix
2 cups bean sprouts
1 recipe preparedUltimate Asian Sauce
1⁄2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
Preparation
- Combine peppers, coleslaw mix and bean sprouts in a medium or large serving bowl.
- Add Asian Sauce or Dressing and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
