2 tbsp oil
1 lb (450 g) center-cut fast fry pork loin chops, about 4 small chops
1 large apple
1⁄4 cup apple juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp butter
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add pork chops; fry until browned, about 2–3 min per side. Remove from pan and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, core and thinly slice apple.
- Add sliced apple, broth, juice, vinegar, and dressing mix to pan, stirring to loosen brown bits. Simmer, 2 min, until apples have softened slightly.
- Return pork to pan. Cover and simmer until meat is cooked through, about 3–4 min, turning once. Place pork on plates. Add butter to sauce; stir until melted. Spoon on top of pork.
