Ingredients


Makes: 1 cheese ball (approx. 24 servings)
  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 gr) light cream cheese
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) grated low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Mango Curry Dip Mix
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) mango chutney
  • 1 C (250 ml) chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) 3 Onion Dip Mix

Preparation


 
  • Soften cheeses to room temperature and blend with Mango and Curry Dip Mix. Form into a ball.
  • In a separate bowl, blend together remaining ingredients. Coat the cheese ball with this mixture.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours, or overnight. Remove from fridge a half-hour before serving with crackers.
