Ingredients


Makes: 2 servings
  • 4 C (1 L) baby spinach
  • 2 C (500 ml) unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • 2 scoops Power Up Chocolate Protein Blend , or Vanilla Optimum Vegan Protein Blend
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 C (250 ml) frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) nut butter, your choice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Cinnamon (ground)
  • 4 ice cubes, optional

Preparation


 
  • In a blender, combine spinach, milk, protein blend, banana, blueberries, nut butter, cinnamon and ice cubes, if using, until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses.

Tip


 

Tip: For a thinner consistency, add more milk or water, as needed.
