Makes: 4 servings


  • Pour 4 cups boiling water over tea bags. Steep for 10 min. Remove tea bags and chill in refrigerator until cold, about 30 min.
  • Meanwhile, roughly chop melon.
  • Combine tea, melon, lime juice, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend until slushy. Serve from pitcher.
  • Pour over ice in a tall glass. Top with sparkling water, as desired.



Tip: Don’t like the melon pulp? Pour mixture though a strainer to remove.
