Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 4 C (1 L) bowtie pasta
  • 2 C (500 ml) snow peas, halved
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) frozen peas
  • 1 pkg Alfredo Sauce Mix (Pkg of 3)
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) milk
  • 2 cans (6 oz/170 g each) sockeye salmon, drained

Preparation


 
  • In a Multipurpose Pot - 12 C , cook pasta according to package directions. Stir in snow peas and frozen peas for last 1 min of cooking. Strain and reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water.
  • Meanwhile, in a Perfect Pan, combine sauce mix with milk. Whisking constantly, bring to a boil over medium-high, reduce heat, and simmer 3 min or until thickened.
  • Stir in drained pasta, peas, and salmon. If needed, stir in some of the reserved pasta cooking water, a little at time, to reach desired consistency.

Tip: Add more veggies by swapping bowties for spiralized zucchini noodles.
